A short term position is available in the ADS Support project for a
suitably qualified and experienced individual.
1. Reporting directly to the Team Leader/Project Director, key duties
include:
1.1 Coordinate the preparation of the ADS Support Annual Report
1.2 Coordinate the implementation of recommendations from the recent ADS
website review 1.3 Assist in the preparation of the ADS Support Project Annual Plan
2006-2007
1.4 M&E support, including conducting stakeholder surveys on the quality
of ADS Support's activities
1.5 Conduct research and analysis in support of the ADS Support
project's reporting to AusAID and GOV
1.6 Prepare documentation, particularly the ADS Support quality systems
(operations) manual, prior to the annual independent quality audit in
March 2006
2. Key requirements:
2.1 The position requires high level written and spoken English skills
(essential).
2.2 Previous experience in the preparation of complex reports and
planning documents for international donor organisations is preferred.
2.3 Experience and skills in the development and maintenance of websites
is preferred
2.4 Familiarity with the Australian aid program and the ADS scheme is
preferred.
Hours of work are flexible and salary will be negotiated commensurate
with the skills and experience of the selected candidate. The position
is available for immediate commencement and is expected to require
approximately 3 months of part time inputs during the period December
2005 - March 2006. The selected candidate will be required to sign an
employment contract.
