ACTORS SHOWCASE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 14,
IN ASSOCIATION WITH SAG, AFTRA AND EAST WEST PLAYERS

CBS is sponsoring its third Asian Pacific American Actors Showcase on
Tuesday, June 14, in association with SAG, AFTRA and East West Players. Tim
Dang, Producing Artistic Director, for East West Players will direct the
event.

Pictures and resumes should be sent to AFTRA, 5757 Wilshire Blvd., 9th
floor, Los Angeles, Calif. 90036 -- attn: Ron Thomas or Asian Pacific
American Actors Showcase. The deadline is April 20th.

CBS Entertainment development executives, plus casting directors from the
Network's primetime and daytime programs, will be on hand at the Showcase--
and an invitation has also been extended to casting directors from
production companies that work with CBS.

CBS held its first Asian Pacific American talent showcase in January 2002,
following a December 2001 CBS/EWP Writer's Symposium that brought together
more than 125 writers for an informal evening of dialogue with CBS
Entertainment executives.

East West Players, the first and foremost Asian Pacific American theater in
the country, has for almost four decades created theater that gives voice to
the Asian Pacific Islander community -- producing a variety of different
plays including traditional classics, Broadway productions and works
specific to the Asian American experience. It is credited as a model for
the numerous other groups in the United States and Canada.

Other CBS showcases have included two Latino American Talent Showcases in
partnership with NOSOTROS, two Native American Talent Showcases in
association with American Indians in Film and Television and two African
American Showcases in collaboration with The Robey Theatre Company. More
events are planned with these and other groups.
